Tower 26 Track Workouts
Description: Come learn proper run technique, pacing and get some speed as Coach Rom Levitsky progressives your training through these track workouts. Bring a sport watch, towel and water or sports drink of your choice. These workouts are FREE in the month of May. Starting in June these workouts become part of your paid Tower 26 TOWER 26® triathlon training package.
