TriFit Swim Workout (Technique)

Coach Rachael Time: 4:00pm-5:00pm Swimming is one of the best ways to get cardiovascular exercise. TriFit swim classes are offered in a variety of levels, ranging from level 1 (beginner, but familiar with strokes and comfortable in the water) to level 3 (advanced, experienced swimmers). TriFit classes include all aspects of swimming from stroke technique to speed and endurance. If you are looking for a great full-body, non-impact workout, join us in the pool! *We recommend that complete beginners inquire about private swim sessions prior to joining a group swim workout.

We are located in the Colorado Center TriFit Club and Studios 2425 Colorado Ave Suite 120 Santa Monica, CA 90401 *Enter parking garage off of Colorado Blvd, just east of Cloverfield. Free parking on Saturday's. Look for the Daily Grill/2501 sign in the parking structure, take the elevators up to level 1 and go to the TriFit Front desk to sign in.
